Patient feedback is really important to us. If you are given a feedback postcard to fill in please take a moment to fill in the questions and either hand it back to a staff member or drop it in the post using the freepost address on the reverse of the card.
Every quarter we collect, collate and share all feedback results for all of our ophthalmology services. This enables us to monitor how patients feel about our services, and allows us to constantly evaluate the service we provide. By focussing on patient feedback in this way we are able to shape our service around your needs, resulting in a high quality service that reflects the needs of our patients.
