GP Surgeries

The Practice Group runs a number of GP Surgeries across the country with hub areas including Leeds, Leicester, London, Nottingham and Walsall. Each GP surgery we run is staffed to the specific needs of the patient population. Our clinical and operational metrics run on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and ensure that we are able to continuously improve our surgeries based on the needs of our patients.

Community Based Services 

The Practice Group is one of the largest independent sector NHS providers of Community Outpatient services delivering Community Ophthalmology and Dermatology across 20 CCG areas. Our Community Services reduce waiting times for patients, increases capacity within secondary care departments and provides value for money for NHS commissioners through increased access to appointments, reduction in national tariff and a low first to follow up ratio.

Referral Management Services

The Practice Group has over 10 years of experience in dealing with NHS Referral Management on behalf of our commissioners. Our bespoke solutions provide CCGs with accurate and real-time informatics that helps inform future service development and commissioning intentions.

Support Centre

To allow the clinical teams to concentrate on the provision of patient care, we support our surgeries and services from the centre with administrative and corporate functions including HR, legal, IT, governance, marketing and finance. We also have excellent centrally driven processes for supporting the local teams to deliver key standards, e.g. QOF and IGSoC accreditation, and have the ability to roll out large initiatives such as CQC accreditation using tried and tested project management skills.
